• Select the type of service you would like to book - click BOOK NOW

• This brings you to a page where you select location (Geelong West OR Birregurra) - click on your preferred location

• On the Appointment Summary page select your preferred physio by clicking on 'Any staff member' if you have a preference (Ned only consults in Geelong)

• Check the consultation type, venue and physiotherapist. Press SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT​

• Select the date and time for your appointment after accessing availabilty by clicking 'Check Next Availability'. Press NEXT

• Enter your Client Details. Press BOOK NOW

• Check personal and booking details are correct. Press EXPRESS CHECKOUT (this saves you having to enter addresses etc)

• You will be directed to a PayPal payment page to pay for your upcoming appointment. If you don't have PayPal click continue with Credit Card

• (You can pay via PayPal or a Credit Card)

• (If you have a PayPal account, but don't remember your password - reset/find your password before you initiate your booking - as leaving the booking incomplete to find your password aborts the booking, and it can't be re-entered for several hours)

• A request for that appointment is then sent to the booking system

• You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your appointment time
